100% Affordable Family Housing — Part of Potrero Yard Modernization Project!
RISING IN THE FACE OF A HOUSING CRISIS
新加坡六合彩图库 was chosen to build affordable housing at PotreroYard in San Francisco. As the City looks to restore the obsolete 107-year-old Potrero Bus Yard with a state-of-the-art bus storage facility, the development will also call for up to 465 affordable homes for families. This represents a major step forward in our community鈥檚 activism and work to reverse displacement of low- and moderate-income residents from a gentrifying neighborhood.
VISION
Approximately half of the residential units, which will occupy seven floors above the bus facility, are planned for low-income families and single-occupant households earning 80% or below of the Area Median Income (AMI), building on the City鈥檚 affordable housing goal.鈥疶he remaining units will be available to moderate-income housing for households earning between 80% and 120% of the AMI.
This goal is in alignment with the City of San Francisco鈥檚 Housing Element programs and initiatives to construct 82,000 new housing units by the year 2031. The Potrero Yard Modernization Project is the first known project of its kind in the United States to integrate a bus maintenance facility with affordable housing and commercial opportunities.
