Shipping Domestic in Australia
Jumble Light uses Australia Post's Parcel Post service.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between two and 14 days. Jumble Light is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or lost. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved through Australia Post. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Jumble Light.
We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom and the United States. Here's our shipping rates:
Under 500g = $45
501g-3kg = $65
3.1kg-5kg = $85
Over 5kg = $100
All parcels will be sent through Australia Post, which includes tracking.
Overseas customs duties and foreign taxes and foreign taxes are the responsibility of the customer..
Jumble Light handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your concerns or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Lights which have not yet been assembled will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and made by the same method as the original payment. Refund payments may take up to seven business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Jumble Light.
